"The way I was welcomed by Rosio, I felt as though I was staying in her own home! Her positive attitude and never hesitating to answer any of the myriad of questions that came her way! If management doesn’t cultivate the precious resource she is, it would be a colossal failure! Conversely, the area that the hotel is located in, is not the safest in Santa Fe, although this is really not the fault of the hotel, it’s just reality. Several good restaurants are located nearby, but I would not recommend walking to any of them, and I once lived in Santa Fe!"
