Loved that this place had great parking, offers breakfast and has good location. The only thing is there tv is outdated and they had an issue with the toilets and the ac would leak.

Breakfast was good for the most part, however, it was not quickly replenished when there was a large number of guests coming out for breakfast. Otherwise, the location was good for our purposes, rooms are relatively small but in great conditions and everything was pretty clean. I would definitely come back here!

A non-luxury luxury hotel with a very basic breakfast. However, the rooms (yet basic) are very clean and the staff was superfriendly in any regards, which was all what we have been looking for. The hotel met all of our expectations and is an excellent choice to book for some days as a base in northern Mérida.

Staff was wonderful and friendly. We were satisfied with the room. Outdoor pool was nice for relaxing and cooling down after hot day at the Progeso Beach. It’s just that breakfast buffet was not that great, they tasted blah. It’s good location for 30 mins ride on bus to the beach and 15 mins into Centro

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We booked this stay as a family of 4. Our room was bare bones similar to a Motel 6 in the US. I think even Motel 6 has updated their rooms and look better. Very disappointed for this is a Marriott property. Lighting was poor in the room asxwell as bedding. Bathroom conditions weren't not the best they were 4 of us they were only two towels when I asked for towels they were never delivered. We wanted to use the pool for a few minutes and ask for towels we already downstairs and one of the desk agents required an ID. Fortunately the other desk representative understood that we would have to go back to our room to get the ID but gave us the towels on good faith. Their Cafe area was not the cleanliest tables were dirty and choices of food were very poor and quality. I would not stay here again with the family, I would prefer to go elsewhere.
