Upon checking in was told i needed to provide $60 cash security deposit, surprise! Luckily I had cash on me. In room there was a shelf sitting on top a cabinet that was obviously ripped from the wall above the sink. Water damage to the wall near the tub and paint drops on floor and tub. Tub surround had many gaps and broken selant. Tub faucet dripped constantly but didn't disturb my sleep. Went to take a shower in the morning but was unable to as the shower head was nearly completely clogged, only a dribble of water came out. All the front desk said was sorry about that. Figured a discount or refund would be in oreder but no.

Motel charged $60 for potential damage at check in. It had to be cash. No credit card was acceptable. The heat did not work. The door handle at the entrance door didn’t work correctly. There was a hole in a wall. All problems were reported to the office manager. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower head was clogged.

Paint peeling off in the bathtub, baseboards coming off the wall. Hallway carpets smell and all stained. Bugs in the light covers. Toilet needed to be plunged after each use, good thing one was left. Was not informed about the $60 cash deposit.

This place is horrible. My husband and I own a business that serves multiple states in the Midwest which is (2 adults and a 6 year old) traveling full time and staying in a lot of motels. We booked 2 nights. The girl at the front is completely unhelpful, she could hardly direct us on how to get to our room and basically scribbled the room number on the card. We asked her if there was any laundry area and she hesitated and then answered yes they do but it’s not easy to get to or not always working. We desperately needed to do laundry. We grabbed all of our clothes and belongings and started to our room. We couldn’t find our room and couldn’t tell if we were looking for a 3,5 or a 7 (wet and cold) and had to set all of our stuff down so I could go back to the front and ask what my room number was. The guy at the front desk with the piercings kind of laughed and said “did I write all crazy ?” I said I just want to go to my room and she said “oh yeah, you are in the back building”. He then informed me I’d be much better to drive my car over there. My family walked up the steps and there was a drunk man drinking beer in the hallway. Our room had roaches all over it. Refrigerator and microwave did not work. Smoke detector had paper towels in it and people running and yelling in the hallway all night. I had to give a 60 dollar cash deposit to stay in bugs and filth ? The second day we were working most the day thankfully but we feel itchy and sick and it’s gross. We need refund
