It offered a kitchenette with full refrigerator and hot plate stove top for cooking. Really convenient. The wifi was stated as free but you are allowed only one device. I had more than 2 devices due to business and had to pay additional for wifi to work on my laptop. That was my only issue. Outside of that eveything was excellent. The male staff was very helpful to us.
Upon arriving everything seemed ok..as the night progressed I did not enjoy my stay..having a room on the second floor 234 and the people above me 334 with a pet kept me up all night of stomping and running back and forth even after calling the 500 number they kept doing it...that was so disrespectful I would never do that to someone..I had to get up at 5:30am and didn't get any sleep whatsoever..I even asked to be moved to another room..I was told by the front desk that I could call the police but I didn't want to cause a scene so I stuck it out..And i was going to get a weekly rate to stay longer if that hadn't happened
Hotel was ok but the service was terrible. My dad’s in a wheelchair and we asked for first floor room. Given third flooor. At 3 am fire alarm started going off. Couldn’t tell if it was real or prank. Manager never knocked on doors or made announcements. Would not stay again.

I could not check in because this hotel rudely explained upon my arrival that they were “overbooked”, therefore I was sent away and so were five other people was explained by the manager who is on the phone instead of the desk, even though it says that there should be there until 10 pm at the desk. I saw some of the other guests trying to resolve the same issue and they were very upset. As I called the manager to speak with him, he ignored my explanations and hung up on me. I called Expedia and Expedia helped me with finding another hotel.
The front desk worker was rude and couldn't resolve any conflicting information that was previously given that it was okay to bring your comfort pet. This hotel lied and created a big inconvenience at the last minute. I had to find another room. Initially during booking they said it was fine but when showed up i was turned away with no alternatives just a rude, aggressive worker. I'll never book here again
