The building is under construction, so I understand things are a bit messy and that's fine. The lobby is really nice, big and clean but on the side of the building. The rooms are much older, but are clean and warm. The place is dog friendly and there's good spots for them to do their business and romp around. The breakfast is an additional $10 each per day, which is insane. And it was all cold and not that great to be honest. Terrible coffee, but I did appreciate that they had almond milk out. They have yogurt, fruit, cereal, and juice that is pretty good. They had eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon and french toast but nothing was warm. Also, it's $50 per pet which is a bit wild, but the going rate for the area. I'd stay again, but wouldn't pay extra for the breakfast.

The room and facility were reasonably clean. The problem was the room walls are so thin, it was difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. The noise from the other guests was very bothersome.

Our stay was okay. Breakfast was pretty basic didn’t taste fresh but it was available. There was a lot of trash everywhere outside hotel in parking lot. Looks like some renovation is going on but there was no work done during our stay. This hotel needs to hire more help. I think they’re short staffed bc you can tell from the lack of cleanliness outside of hotel in hallways and lobby trash. Other than that the room was great.

We stayed here for tournament travel and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, organized, and very accommodating, especially with teams and families coming in and out throughout the weekend. Check-in was smooth, even with a busy schedule. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for recovering after long days at the fields. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and housekeeping kept everything in great shape. The location was a huge plus. It was close to the tournament venues, food options, and essentials, which made our stay much easier with a packed schedule. The hotel handled the high volume of guests very well and still maintained a calm, well-run atmosphere. Overall, this hotel was ideal for tournament travel. Clean, convenient, and team-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any teams or families traveling for sports events.

Nice to have a pet-friendly property but the hotel was chock full of kids who were running the halls and stairs all night. Also, the hot water wasn’t great and the in room heating/cooling wasn’t working very well.
