Cheap stay. Not a quiet stay. Not kid friendly.

Smelled like weed all night. There was some sort of fire in one of the rooms. Could smell smoke but didn’t hear fire alarms. Super noisy.

Great location, but terrible service. I stayed 3 times in this property because of price and location, but the stress you go through is not worth it. You don’t feel welcomed , you don’t see one glimpse of smile from any member of the staff and they are not helpful at all. If they could at least make you feel welcomed, I could close my eyes to all the other details as it is an old property and I can accept that.

This property is run down. The beds were cardboard with springs. The pillows had no fluff to them. The shower head was rusted, the room a/c could not be controlled by a thermostat in your room. The valet is $40. They park it for you put then you have to go get your own car. When I went to pick it up there were several dings in the doors and parked next to the dumpster. So there was trash juice all over the back and side of my car and flies. Will never be staying at this place AGAIN

The location was great. Right across from the beach. Plenty of a restaurants on the ocean Drive strip. However the room was not really up to par. There was an extremely small TV. The shower was only partially closed then by one sheet of glass. No curtain or anything to close it all the way. We didn’t get any room service the entire time we were there. So I’m guessing they do it after you leave. And there is no access to a microwave so if you plan on bringing food back to the room, that’s unfortunate. The woman at the front desk was exceptional though. She made the stay better than it was by being as helpful as possible.

We stayed 4 nights the trash was never picked up and not once did housekeeping came to clean the room. The sink was backed up and I requested several of times for housekeeping. The cleanliness is terrible.

Close by the water and restaurants, which was nice….but the beds were uncomfortable and there was a “community toilet plunger” in a bag in the hallway for people to use if the toilet got plugged- super gross. There was hair in the shower when we arrived. Staff was not very friendly either.

This is a no frills hotel whose strongest feature is that it's right across the street from South Beach. It's also 10 minutes from the Convention Center. Emphasis on no frills. the Shower didn't work, the 24 inch tv didn't work, and the remote was crusty. Again, if you need a quick bed for one night so you can visit the beach or do a short tour of Miami...the price was okay.
