Los baños están en muy mal estado tienen mal olor las sábanas hay algunas con manchas y da un poco de picazón la limpieza tiene mucho que mejorar un poco de mal olor al entrar a las habitaciones y los elevadores ya están muy antiguos no se sienten seguros, el staff súper amable simplemente le falta mantenimiento y limpieza la ubicación es lo mejor

Breakfast isn't available until 7:30, there is an open door on ground floor with no lock or key check. Literally anyone can walk in the hallway at any time, have full access to pool and rooms.

5th floor was dark, dingy, smelled like a musty mold induced odor and it was so dated that it felt like a cheap motel from the 70's. Front desk staff in the evening was very rude and unhelpful with wifi issues among other things and she was more concerned about texting and surfing on her phone than being professional and courteous to guests. The room had a king bed which was ok, the tv was ok, the shower was hot, so the basics were covered however there was a horrible odor in the room which turned out to be from mold which was evident in some other areas of the room and all over the vent of the AC unit under the window. To add to that, there were huge cockroaches roaming, in the bathroom crawling over my stuff and the soap, etc and who knows where else. (i have photos) Lastly, being right across the street from a strip club meant quite a few unsavoury characters roaming around the front area of the hotel, and in the hotel parking lot smoking pot and doing whatever with people in the cars which felt unsafe in the evenings. i think Expedia got this wrong, the photos look ok online but is misrepresenting the reality of the situation beyond the lobby. Sorry to be so direct but it is true. Needless to say, all of belongings went in the washer when i got home not to mention airing out and vacuuming my luggage for roaches. Fun stuff.

The check in was fast and convenient. Any staff that I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Parking was convenient and plenty of spaces were available. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The desk in the room was good for work and the WiFi was fast. The pool was a nice bonus and was well maintained. The hotel is located so it is convenient to get in and out of but there is some noise from cars on I-95. The breakfast was nice with a combination of hot and cold food along with beverages. Overall a nice stay.
