Over $300 a night for a dirty beat-up hotel. Pictures are misleading showing carpet in the rooms when there is none making you hear every footstep above you. Huge disappointing rip-off.

The room was good and the location is right by the highway. The hotel also has a lot of fast food and a supermarket nearby. However, I went to the breakfast and there wasn’t a lot of food left. Also, we asked for housekeeping to stop by, but they never came by. These were minor issues. Overall, the hotel was good.

I have to ask to be transfer from the room assigned, because the odor was too strong and musty. The other room was better, but still you can smell a little. I think they should air the rooms. The reception is modern looking, but the rooms need to be renovated, the bathrooms fixtures are wore down. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The bathroom had visible mold, no proper mirror, and the shower was not as advertised (tub instead of walk-in shower). The hotel did nothing to fix the issue when I contacted them, so I checked out early and did not stay the remaining nights.

Our stay at Best Western Plus Hollywood Aventura was disappointing overall. We arrived slightly early and the front desk interaction was unwelcoming, with little explanation provided. When we reached our room, the floor had a noticeable musty smell. While the room appeared clean, there were several maintenance issues, including a very slow-flushing toilet that became plugged, missing towels after maintenance, and a shower head that came off during use. Breakfast quality and organization were poor. Food was limited, items were watery, there was only one toaster for many guests, and no staff available to assist. We chose to eat breakfast off-site for the remainder of our stay. We also experienced elevator door issues, which raised some safety concerns. At checkout, the front desk offered no acknowledgment or resolution when these issues were raised. This property did not meet expectations for a Best Western Plus.

We stayed one night with our kids. We took them to the pool and no towels were available at the pool towel area, so I went to desk and asked for pool towels for my family of 5. I was given two towels and told no more were available. Then went to our room and again only two towels in room. Went back to desk and was told no more towels were available. I clearly saw an entire cart full of towels but the man at desk refused to give me more towels. While at pool people were smoking marijuana and I informed the staff and was told they can’t do anything about it. Elevator broke, door to get in building broke. The list goes on and on. Very rude employee at desk. Room was subpar and outdated. Hair was on sheets and didn’t appear clean. For what we paid, I would expect MUCH better! I would never stay here again.

This establishment is right next to a strip club and the neighborhood is sketchy, my bathroom door didn’t close and the walls are too thin that you can hear everything going on in the other rooms. Will never be staying here again, wasted 100% of my money
