Our 5-night stay was just average. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was noisy with outdoor traffic and music which made it impossible to get a good night rest. The hotel is old and in need of some timely update.

We had one night stay at the hotel. Overall It was fine. Staffs were nice, room was clean. The location is pretty convenient. The Only thing was that my room was facing the elevator. Every time there was a person getting out of the it, there's an alert voice reminding "wait" or "first floor". Can't remember the exact word, but it was very annoying during my night sleep, waking me up many times.

Check in was a nightmare. Waited over 20 minutes. Someone cut in line. No acknowledgement. Waiting while people are calling to see why card is declined instead of anowledging us and asking if they could step aside to then help the people in line. Took us 2 minutes to check in. Asked if we wanted housekeeping the next day, said yes and they rolled their eyes! Then housekeeping never came. Room was dirty upon checking in. It was such a nightmare overall.
