Hotel is clean, however when my friend left the food in the front desk for us to take it because we had a delayed flight, the front desk wasn’t able to give us our food. There were no endorsements during shift change. The morning staff was able to refund us. Thanks

Staff was very helpful during our stay. They helped us arrange private transport to the ports for our cruise. They also sent a driver to the airport to pock us up late at night.

I wished the ice machine worked on our floor. I always had to go to the second floor to get ice. I also wish they replenished the fruits during breakfast more often, they seem to ran out fast. And that I could walk around the hotel area outside. But i dont think there is anything to see nor can you go around in a circle. Other than that, i liked staying there. No problems with our room and it was quiet. Thankful for that.

Liked that it was close enough to everything in the city and they did provide shuttle service to and from the airport-it was convenient in that way. Didn’t like that the swimming pool was not available while we stayed there. Also, when we ate at the tables, there were crumbs and stains that were not cleaned up.

I really liked my stay here at the hotel even though it was for a day. The breakfast was ok, pool access was great and easy and they also had a gym. They also had a convenience store inside the hotel where you could either pay by cash or hotel credit. The only bad thing I have to say is that the ice machine was not functioning on two floors, other than that everything was great.

Hotel with a nice view .

Left my cruise. And they got me a room around 1pm even though check in was at 4pm they was nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and beautiful. They have a shuttle that takes you around to shop or get something to eat.
