Needs improvement for large groups

Location is in a safe neighborhood - a couple of college students live out front so it could get a little loud at night. It's not walking distance to any restaurants or shops unless one is okay with walking 20-30 minutes in Miami heat with no shade. This home was perfect for a large group, size wise but we were disappointed with the lack of basic supplies for a such large group. It had more decorative couch pillows than bath towels and no pool towels were provided given that there's a pool on the property. We were only given 3 toilet paper rolls (1 per bathroom), two dishwashing pods and two trash bags...for 8 people on a 5 day trip. Not ideal for people to later buy these supplies on a vacation trip. On the first day we noticed that the pool was filled with debris but after contacting the host, the pool cleaning person came in that same day which was nice. The kitchen was well equipped with kitchenware but make sure to wash them first because they were a tad dirty. The kitchen light would act as a strobe light occasionally as well. Overall, this house did what it was supposed to do but there is a lot of room for improvement.

Great house layout with a few issues

The house is a great layout for a large group of adults because there are plenty of bedrooms and plenty of room to hang out and enjoy being together without being on top of each other. The outdoor space is really nice but the couch outside was broken and we had to completely launder the cushion covers before we could sit out there due to lots of bird poop. The kitchen is fairly well stocked but no hot pads or kitchen towels so it was a little tricky to cook. The bathrooms were all nicely clean and had travel sized supplies which was appreciated. I had to reach out to the management company to get check-in instructions because they never sent them, but they were super responsive and helpful when I called. The pool pump sounds like it is broken and we reported the issue immediately but it wasn't resolved while we were there. The pool was clean enough to use despite the lack of water flow. The location was excellent since we were visiting our son at University of Miami. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are many things close by like grocery store, liquor store, Walgreen's, etc. I would recommend this house for sure but would also recommend you take photos of anything that you find broken and perhaps bring along some kitchen towels.

Comfortable and Convenient

Overall the property was great for our stay. We had a wedding to attend in Coral Gables and the house was conveniently located and it was comfortable. We hosted a dinner with our family and it was perfect and well suited. It has a nice pool, but the water was too cold for us to use as it is not heated. The check in/out process was very seamless and the host was very responsive. We have already recommended this property to friends that will be in Miami later this year.
