Private door studio with 1 queen bed and 1 bathroom, located in the right side of the house (first door). Functional and super private for your stays. Private entrance and parking space in front of the house. Amenities include kitchen cabinets, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, hot water, (sink outside the bathroom), cold A/C, Roku TV with Netflix, and free wireless WIFI. It is less than 10 minutes away from Hard Rock Stadium. 25 minutes away from beaches. Close to malls and entertainment centers of Miami and Broward.
The entrance door will have a unique code for every guest stay. I will provide you with the door code before check-in. Please leave door locked every time you leave the room by pressing the number sign (#) until it's closed. Thank you.

Small Studio for 1 or 2 people
Very clean room, there is only room for one person two at most but it’s tight. Stand up tiled shower with toilet. The sink is part of the “kitchenette”. There is a mini refrigerator, microwave and 4 cup coffee maker. There is only one vent for air conditioning so I was extremely hot and had to go buy a fan, along with paper towels and Kleenex. The price was right for the length we were staying and we were not in the room except to shower and sleep.

Small room but everything we needed for our stay. Clean and quiet. We had a packaged delivered while we were staying there and the owner was responsive and made sure we got our package. Would stay here again in the future.

Nice stay...
It was a really nice stay! The room is tiny, but comfortable. Perfect for a night stay, maybe 2? My only complaint was the bathroom. It was just a tad bit uncomfortable. However, this is understandable, as the room isn't that big. I'd stay again. P.S. I didn't really have to communicate with the host. So I can't give an accurate rating on that.

Cozy, Clean and Friendly
This little studio, was perfect for my stay. Cozy fits it well. While it is small, it is very nicely appointed, clean and modern. The pictures in the listing show it well. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and though I never met the host, they were very responsive. I was in town for a trade show and this was very conveniently located for me. I'd have no issue with staying here again.
