The breakfast needs to be improved. There was just one employee during the whole breakfast doing all the work, cashing, serving, bringing the food to the table and cleaning. We got the hot chocolate first and 15 minutes after the rest of the food. Some of the dishes were served cold.

Mandatory Valet is super expensive and takes 20 minutes. We tried extending our stay at the front desk and they said we had to book a new room because their "system was down" staff was incompetent and barely understood English.

The room was absolutely fabulous - clean & spacious! Dadeland mall is across the street. Publix is right next door. The staff are awesome and anxious to assist! Sebastian was the star of the show for me, and Carlos was just the best leader I've seen in a long time! Stay here!

It was by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. From the moment I stepped onto the property, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The valet parking service was efficient, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious with a great variety. Everything about my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
