Clean, large room. While the manager was the only one working at the front desk on a busy weekend morning, she bent over backwards to secure me one of the first rooms available since I had arrived so early, which I really appreciated. The lobby cafe was busy for breakfast. Quiet and safe location.

Pros - Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Great location. The complimentary cookie was soooooo good. I enjoyed my staycation, very relaxing. Con - The ice machine on my floor was inoperable therefore I attempted to retrieve ice from another floor but I couldn’t access the machine. I returned to my room to call the service desk and was told I had to go downstairs to the restaurant/bar area, with my ice bucket, for ice. Such an inconvenience.

First of all, handicap rooms should be near elevators. Rooms and bed are showing signs of wearing off. The are not clean as they used to be. No amenities at all. Housekeeping takes until the end of the afternoon for daily cleaning.
