Waited for shuttle never came ended up taking Taxi. Room was dirty. Floor needed sweeping and coffee machine still had old coffee grounds in it. Toilet paper kept falling off holder. Clean nice new rooms but boy i stayed 2 days and could not sleep the airplane engines that blow in your ear no noise proof windows so its a great hotel but would not stay again

The lobby chairs, especially the accent chairs by the front desk, were extremely dirty, and the carpet to the elevator was filthy! I was so disappointed to see that the condition of the general area was so unkept. As a Starwood brand, I never saw this kind of filth around this hotel. Please shampoo those chairs and carpet ASAP!

The staff always treats me like the Prince i am. Cant say enough about the morning afternoon and evening front desk persons. The van drivers are always very nice and on time. Rooms are great and relaxing.
