Enjoy a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Ocean Reserve in the heart of Sunny Isles. Perfect for families, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for six, and a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV.

The bedrooms are designed for both comfort and convenience: the master offers a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two full beds, and the third includes a queen-size bed. Two full bathrooms, each with a shower, and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy and stress-free.

Step outside and take advantage of the building’s amenities, including a large pool with lounge chairs and cabanas, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Families will love Heritage Park, located directly across the street, with its playgrounds and open green spaces. The beach is just across Collins Avenue, and Aventura Mall, shopping, and dining are only a five-minute drive away. Miami International and Fort Lauderdale airports can be reached in about 25 minutes.

terrible experience

The room was in horrible condition and things were falling apart. When you just walk in it smells bad and the sliding doors to the front closet were falling off. There were empty bottles, socks, and earrings left from previous guests and the place looked like it had not been cleaned before us. There was a broken chair on the balcony which should have been thrown away before our arrival. The assigned parking spot was not good either and was on the top of the parking garage which was very annoying because it was raining. We contacted the manager about the problems and she said she would send someone to help and resolve the problems but no one came. Washer and dryer are in the lobby and you have to put your money on a card they provide you with to use them. Also found a cockroach in the kitchen, which was horrifying as we have been eating here. It is across the beach but you do have to pass a very busy highway so would not recommend with little kids. This was the worst experience i’ve ever had with any hotel. Would not ever recommend to anyone.

ok stay

overall, we had an ok stay. check in was confusing. got a message saying I will send you instructions. no instructions followed. kept asking for details and just got message wait until 3. I found it rude. Apartment is very run down. Mold in the showers, faucets falling out, toilet running non stop, kitchen doesn’t have much, building is old. Towels that are provided literally have wholes! on the bright side, it is close to the beach and right by the patk! will not recommend
