NOTE-Their is a one time mandatory cleaning fee of $130 on your checkout date paid to the hotel upon arrival. And per addition time you would like (which is voluntary) it is $65 per time. This cleaning fee is not avoidable and it is a hotel policy and will need to be paid no matter from who you rent a room from.
