This property is exceptional, ideally located among shops, restaurants, and a walking trail while still maintaining a pleasantly quiet atmosphere. The space is clean, modern, and comfortable. If you have the opportunity to meet Chris or Ricardo, you will be in excellent hands. Both gentlemen at the front desk provide a warm welcome with professionalism and genuine kindness.

The staff was very courteous, nice and very customer oriented. I do have an issue with the room rate of the extra night I had to stay due to a flight cancellation, however, I will manage that separately. I do have feedback on the room, it was clean and the bed comfortable, however, there small roaches in the bathroom. I spotted them twice and even killed one roach. Small black roaches roaming the bathroom, that should be looked at. Thank you

Mouse in first room, A/C issues in second room, German Cockroaches in the third room. Elevator would shudder and sink when you stepped on it, which was scary
