BATHROOMS: Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), plush towels, washcloths and a hairdryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchens are fully stocked and have a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included). Dining tables have seating for 4 people and 2 people on the guest house.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a BBQ grill and outdoor seating (Upon request-at no extra cost to you).

PARKING: Maximum of cars that can park in the driveway are 2. Street parking is available at no cost. Absolutely, no parking on the grass. A fine of $250 per occurrence will be applied if cars are found on the grass.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free high-speed WiFi and 4 Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube TV.

NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the driveway and grass area) and back yard (Outside surveying the entire backyard). No surveillance is located inside the home. Mailing packages to this property is not permitted, we are not responsible for any mail/packages.
