The guys from the reception, has the worst customer service in a hotel I ever stay on. The hotel urgently need to be renovated. The only very good thing, is the staff at the breakfast area. I loved does girls, they should be the ones that are at the front desk. Really nice customer service not like the really rude ones that the hotel have as of right now. Not staying at that hotel never again!!

The staff was helpful and friendly. However, I had a big problem after having Eggs Benedict in the dining room I got food poisoning and was so sick all morning I could not leave my room.

However, the premises kept the AC running at an amazing 67 degrees in the middle of the winter, making common areas like the restaurant and hallways unbearably cold. Room was clean and comfortable until you looked out the window and it was so dirty. Also, one night a flock of parrots landed on the window sill and kept us up all night. I’m sure that’s not the first time.
