We showed up for our reservation at 1pm and they did not have any record of it despite us receiving an email 2 days before saying “ get ready for your stay” with some check in details. After calling several times into expedia and them trying to contact the “host” of the property they were never able to get in contact with them (voice mail, expired number, & the wrong number all occurred). This went on for hours. I am unsure what happened why they did not have a room for us available or any of our booking details but we were left trying to find our own place at 6pm on NYE. Forced to pay way more for somewhere else as it was last minute. The property from the outside and lobby looked ok but communication, organization, & helpfulness from both the property & expedia (vrbo) was non-existent.

Do not book this listing. We were flying in from the Midwest for a few days. We were notified 2 HOURS before we checked in that we would not have a place to stay. We were issued a full refund. This was an extreme inconvenience and added a ton of stress to what should have been a stress free getaway. Safe yourself the hassle and do not book.

No internet or tv for Super Bowl weekend
When we checked in, internet and tv not working. Did not work for entire stay. They said they would move us to a different floor (so we could watch the super bowl) to resolve and then no further responses to our texts (and no other way to communicate to them). So frustrated that we left a day early. We asked for a refund of the one day we didn’t stay but there has been no further communication from them. They understood our concerns but never followed up. Have nobody’s how to resolve this issue as they will not respond.
