Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Not at all what we expected

It was an old business, the unit smelled like smoke, the air conditioning in the living room was extremely noisy. One night we sat at the sofa and ended up in the floor. We didn’t like it at all, hated to be inside that appartment. Owners should refresh the unit or should lower the price.

Ended up leaving early :(

The room was exactly like the pictures and clean. Unfortunately the kitchen was minimal with no sponge or even a pod to clean dishes. We left them with salt and pepper so hopefully the next person has that to cook with the one pan provided. The property is rentals and “hotel” … but if it was a hotel, the staff were not helpful or friendly. The overall property was rundown and the elevators took at least 10-15 minutes to use. Noise & safety was a huge factor for us deciding to eat the costs leave early and find a hotel.

Good pool. Nice beach

We booked last minute and were happy to find a beachfront rental. The condo was clean, sparse kitchen supplies but nice to have two bathrooms. There are minimal restaurants in close distance.
