Lazy River Resort is a 6,000 sqft gated private property in the heart of Miami, within minutes to the I95 that will put you in Miami Beach or Fort Lauderdale within minutes. Float down the LARGEST private Lazy River in the South Florida area, relax in the main pool at the lazy river entrance, have fun on the waterslide, or lounge on one of the two islands with a built-in 20-person SPA.

- Bedroom 2: 2 Queen size beds , shared jack/jill bathroom with Bedroom 3
- Bedroom 3: 2 Queen size beds with 55" TV, shared jack/jill bathroom with Bedroom 2
- Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Size beds with 55" TV, access to shared bathroom.
- Bedroom 5 : 2 Queen Size beds with 55" TV, access to shared bathroom.
- Bedroom 6: Cinema with 2 Queen size beds with 120" projector screen , access to shared bathroom.

Guest Access:
The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

This property is pet friendly.
$300 USD per pet max 2 pets

If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.

BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:
- No parties.
- No gatherings.
- No loud noises or shouting.
- No loud music during quiet ordinance hours 10 pm to 8 am.
