I will provide a full refund of any deposit assuming you provide me with at least 30 days notice prior to your arrival date. Refunds for cancellations within 30 days notice will be provided if I re-book the suite at the same rate and duration of the stay. Please consider travel insurance which includes COVID cancellation.

110 square foot balcony overlooking Fontainebleau owners pool and ocean. No Smoking. Glass-enclosed state of the art gym, 40,000 square foot two-level Lapis Spa with world famous treatments. On-site several beautiful restaurants: Steakhouse, 24 hour high end dining, poolside cafe, coffee shop, live nightclub, Blade Sushi Bar and Ultra-Lounge. Rates quoted are an estimate and vary based on length of stay, time of stay and availability. Stays of less than 7 nights will likely result in a rate higher than the weekly rate shown. In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.
Cleaning will be $155 for departure cleaning and at your option $80 per interim cleaning. Payments made via credit card or vrbo will incur a 4% fee.
