Disliked: Cleanliness
The location is amazing. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, highway. However, pictures of the property are far different from the reality. The vents are full of dust that hasn't been cleaned in years, if not decades. The bathrooms... showers with cracked tiles. We stayed in the unit on the first floor and litteraly had water running down the walls from the upstairs. In addition, the smell of a sewage was quiet unpleasant to say the least. Broken outlet covers made it unsafe for children.

Location on point - pictures deceiving

Overall location of property is great for Sunny isles and quick walk to the beach across the street. Beach area is beautiful and relaxing. Property itself could use a little love and pictures online make property look more fresh and updated then the actual. I’ll say the host is very good at communicating and seems very nice. Overall we had a good time on our Spring Break.
