Centrally located, this splendid Mediterranean retreat with 10 ft. ceilings and 2000 sf is located in a perfectly safe, quiet and family oriented area. Surrounded by Miami Shores and Biscayne Park, this house is close to everything you would like to visit. Be at the beach, Wynwood, the Fashion District, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Shops all in 15 minutes, South Beach in 20 minutes. The Miami Tennis Open and Formula 1 racing at the Hard Rock Stadium are 15 minutes away

The space
The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed while the other has a queen bed and the third 2 twin beds. There is a dedicated workstation with 1 gig of high speed internet .
The property offers great outdoor living space, the lanai is the perfect place for your morning coffee or afternoon drink or you can take a refreshing bath in the outdoor claw tub. The outdoor eating and barbecue area can comfortably sit all your party for a nice dinner al fresco.

This is a beautiful, expansive home with comfortable beds and everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need to cook any meal. The back yard is really nice! If you have a pup traveling with you the back is fenced in and they have cool stuff to sniff! The host responded 'immediately' to anything we needed. Definitely recommend!
