This furnished apartment is located in Edgewater, a petite neighborhood sandwiched between Wynwood and the Intracoastal Waterway. This lovely area is aptly named, since you're never more than a few blocks from the beach. Edgewater is largely residential in character, with high rise apartment buildings with gorgeous ocean views. The neighborhood is home to an eclectic dining scene, with everything from sandwich shops to high-end seafood restaurants, as well as several luxury hotels. Biscayne Boulevard is lined with shops of all kinds, including independent boutiques and famous international brands. Another Edgewater highlight is Margaret Pace Park, with its own beach and picnic areas, as well as hiking trails and tennis courts.
