Nice, modern rooms. Just be aware the shower and toilet “rooms” are just shaded glass walls inside the room space, so not a lot of privacy if you’re concerned about such things.

Terrible experience. The so-called ‘bed’ is actually a low-quality sofa bed, impossible to get any rest. Parking access is a complete nightmare: way too far from the hotel and extremely inconvenient. On top of that, the housekeeping staff is extremely loud, making it impossible to relax at any time of the day. To make things even worse, after 11 PM you have no access to drinking water inside the hotel; if you’re thirsty, you’re forced to walk to a CVS across the street, about 5 minutes away, putting yourself at risk at that hour. I will never return and I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

The room is very clean. No smell, which is good. However, the room is too small. There is no desk or comfortable chair. No microwave. You have to ask for a tissue box and a towel mat. It is good only for overnight.

We left. Still waiting for full refund as indicated from escalation team member. Manager is an aggressive liar. The parking on website for $25 is not available. Manager saud its because hotel corporate is in Europe and it takes time to update prices on website. Room was dirty. Carpets were filthy. Bathroom had no privacy and in middle of room with glass as walls. How can anyone use that bathroom comfortably. The location was awful. Dirty dirty dirty.

I gave this hotel a 3-star because they charged me an incidental fee three times and charged me for my room when I checked in, even though I had paid in full online when I booked the room. They did not return my money until I involved my bank. It took them three weeks to return all of my funds. The hotel itself is good (the rooms), although I feel the lobby was overcrowded because it's small and they have check-in, a bar, and restaurant all at the front. Just a lot going on. I won't stay at this hotel again, as their customer service and staff were not helpful at all and I don't trust them (financially).

I was unfortunately delayed and needed to book a hotel at 2 am. Tired and frustrated Bryson at the front desk was the coolest guy you could meet at that time. He calmly listened to the situation and booked me into a room at that point without delay.

Horrible experience during my stay. On the last day I moved the recliner of the bed and roaches came out. I called downstairs and they told me they can’t do much for me since there wasn’t any cleaning crew during that time (at night). He said the most he can do is get me a new room. He gave me the email to one of the managers, I sent an email attached with the picture of the pest and they have yet to get back to me. This not only shows how unprofessional these people are, but the lack of responsibility to meet people’s expectations. I paid for this stay, which makes it more frustrating. Yotel needs to do better for the people staying there!!

I have to say that both my girlfriend and myself were very surprised by the hotel, I booked this hotel as like a last-minute thing and it exceeded both of our expectations. The staff was very nice. The location was a nice well kept property. The only thing I would change is maybe the bedding but almost everything else was comfortable. The shower I think was probably one of the highlights not only for the type of shower but the water pressure as well. We will definitely be back to this hotel to try one of the bigger rooms in the future

Different from any other hotel!

I wanted a hotel downtown Miami near food, parking, etc. also safe to walk around. I was amazed at how "cool" the rooms were. The rooms are not huge, but uniquely designed and decorated. I would classify it as more of an adults only hotel. I'll definitely gonna k!
