Seasonal water sports will keep you busy for days, from boating, jet ski and kayak rentals, to fishing charters and sunset cruises. Shopping, Casinos, unique shops and restaurants galore are just done the road.

Entering the main level, the front sitting room greets you with space to soak up the sun, enjoy a friendly game with the family or just simply relax. You will notice the perfect mix of new beach décor and the classic feel of this 1930s beachhouse house as original.

The fully stocked kitchen was designed to entertain, a chef’s paradise. Let the creativity in the kitchen expand to the farm style table in the adjacent dining room where your guests can gather together and swap stories over a home cooked meal. A place for generations to stay together, the main level features the sought after main level bedroom, complete with king bed plus, a full bath with walk in shower and detached tub to soak in which is spacious and bright. Appreciate the location as you gaze out the wall of windows in the living room, facing the lake with a breathtaking uninterrupted view.

Up a short flight of stairs leads you to the ultimate look-out room. This cozy tower space is perfect for looking out over the lake and enjoying the sounds of the beach.

Venture down to the garden level where you will find 3 spacious bedrooms and a ¾ bath. First bedroom is one the kids will adore with 4 twin beds, the next bedroom offers a plush Queen bed, and the last bedroom is the largest of them all with a Queen bed and couch, a suite of sorts.

Pack your strollers, coolers and beach gear as you are next to the easiest beach access in the area, the boardwalk to Sheridan Beach cuts through the dune making the trip to the shore a breeze, even for those in wheelchairs!

Available for the summer months to rent with a 3 night minimum. 2 night minimum outside of peak season.
