Prom parties are not allowed at the house. Starting from scratch has allowed us to build a house that has every detail thought out to make it truly a carefree rental experience. With years of renting homes, we have gathered our ideas and built a house your family will make lasting memories in.

Golf cart available April 1 to November 1.
Professionally decorated reflects our view of how a relaxing beach experience should be.

It is 3/4 mile walk to the beach or golf cart ride which we provide.

The unique features of our house is the large size and open concept. Outside is the grassy area in the back and the deck and hot tub to enjoy. On the front porch is a 400 sq. foot enclosed deck where you can relax. This is a great feature for large groups to enjoy.

1st Bedroom upstairs- Primary bedroom with a king bed and master bath.
2nd Bedroom upstairs - Primary Bedroom with a queen bed and master bath.
3rd Bedroom upstairs- Queen bed
4th Bedroom upstairs - Bunk beds with pull out trundle. Twin over full bed with trundle
5th Bedroom - 1st floor - Queen bedroom.
6th Bedroom - basement - Bunk beds with pull out trundle. Twin over twin bed with trundle
7th Bedroom - basement - Bunk bed with pull out trundle. Twin over full with twin trundle.

The first floor is an open floor plan in the great room. great place for the kids to relax while you are cooking dinner either in the beautiful kitchen or the gas grill out

The second floor has 2 - primary bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a twin bunk with a trundle. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed.

The basement level floor has a huge area with a flat screen tv and surround sound. It also has gaming tables to enjoy. The 1 basement bedroom has a twin over full bed with a twin trundle. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk over a twin with a twin trundle. There is a pull-out couch too in the open area.
The house holds - 19 people.

It has a hot tub and a grassy area backyard. Take the golf cart to the beach or use the bikes we provide for your riding pleasure. We are close to the club house pool, basketball and tennis. We have beach toys for the kids to use for the beach. Beachwalk also has a community pool, tennis and basketball. Walk to their private Lake Kai to enjoy fishing or to rent a paddleboat.
