Sea Breeze—Spacious Family Escape near Surf Beach

A relaxed coastal feel runs throughout this welcoming beachside home, where light-filled interiors and easy indoor–outdoor living set the tone for laid-back holidays. The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area forms the heart of the home, offering a comfortable space to unwind after the beach with relaxed seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light.

The kitchen provides generous bench space and modern appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts before the surf to shared dinners at home. The adjoining dining area creates a casual place to gather, plan the day, or linger over meals with family and friends.

Two spacious decks create inviting places to gather, dine, and unwind outdoors. The covered rear deck overlooks the fully fenced backyard and nature reserve beyond, where outdoor dining and a BBQ set the scene for long lunches and sunset drinks while the kids play on the lawn. Upstairs, the second deck offers a peaceful retreat with elevated views—ideal for slow mornings with coffee or relaxed evenings in the coastal air. On cooler nights, the fire pit with bench seating invites everyone to settle in beneath the stars. The fire pit is available for use from April to September. Please bring your own firewood.

Three bedrooms offer comfortable places to rest after a day by the coast. Two bedrooms include queen beds, while the third features a tri-bunk with a double bed below and a single above. The bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, with the toilet located separately off the laundry.

All bed linen and towels are included. Just bring your beach towels.

The property is fully fenced, making it suitable for guests travelling with a pet. If you plan to bring your fur baby, please let us know in advance. A $75 pet fee applies.

Please note: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due seven days before arrival. A pre-check-in form must also be completed before your stay, including submission of a valid ID, a selfie, and agreement to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
