We found the apartment (really one half of a bungalow house) to be a great place to stay. The location was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Off street parking was provided. Great value for the cost.

Just wonderful! 2 blocks from Gratzi and short drive to Midland Center for the Arts. Ideal for night on the town. Glad formal H hotel was closed. Great place to be snowed in, watch Football (UofM vs OSU Rivalry Game), and order Door Dash (Noodles & Co.). Loved the high, super comfortable bed and full-size kitchen. 2 blocks off Business Rt. 10, so easy to find and parking is well marked. Would love to stay longer... Thank-you!

We don't have enough space for my parents to stay when they visit from out of town and we were lucky enough to find this vrbo! It was conveniently located to the attractions we took them to and they loved staying there. They had everything they needed and both said the bed was comfy! The apartment is very beautiful, it has a nice size bathtub/shower, the bed is super comfortable so is the couch. It feels like home away from home. It has anything you may need to cook, clean and just feel at home. You get your own parking spot and your right in downtown midland so your near a lot of places. I would most definitely come here again!

We were in town to visit Dow Gardens, which was only a few minutes from this cozy apartment, which is part of a duplex. It has a well stocked kitchen for fixing meals, as well as consistent hot water and plenty of towels. The only downside is the need for a new mattress on the bed. It is otherwise a spacious and clean place to relax and rest your head.
