We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was great. Lots of options for food. The pool and spa were good, though a little chilly. All the staff were very helpful.

They didn’t say anything about pet fee, I paid the rooms but in the last day they are trying to charge me about the fee the app and them didn’t mention about all nights past. Note: they saw my dogs since the first day.

I have an allergy to scent, either the staff was wearing alot of perfume, or there was a very perfumy air freshener. There was no way we would have been able to participate in the breakfast because of that. This is not thw first time we have stayed there, we returned out of convenience. Same issue both times. We had a king size bed, that had such a depression in the centre, that one of us slept in the middle, while the other has the edge. Could barely move next day. The amenities in the lobby ie: chips etc, were insanely priced. We had our grandchildren visit, and a bag of chips was $10! Gouging big time!
