On Sept 5 we had to call the service desk on the evening. They did not seem friendly, very bland replies
There should be a brochure inside, like at other hotels that have a directory for services, taxi, restaurants near by etc. The pool hours, breakfast type and hours it's served.
Other staff was terrific and breakfast was lovely. The coffee was not good, very weak and watery was comment made by others too.
Small things, but overall lovely and will return. Hopefully to see a few of the above changes too
