Charming Villa With Beautiful Views and Private Swimming Pool

Very charming holiday villa/finca. Located 2 minutes drive from the white and lively village of Mijas. 7km from the coast. Stunning sea views and terraces all around the garden of 6.600 m2. 100% privacy and child friendly: private road; no traffic at all! The house is a reformed farmhouse with loads of character. There is a great pool area, with a lot of shady areas.
The finca contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is unsuitable for invalid persons. Payment by PayPal is possible,
Check in and check out time is flexible. Check in is possible till 20h, after 20h only on request.

Amazing finca. Great location

Such a beautiful place. We stayed with our 1 year old baby and the place was perfect for us. We used the pool which is great. Had to clean it sometimes because there is no pool service at this house (but for the price you pay, doesn’t matter!) House is well stocked and nicely arranged. The yards of the property are amazing. The view from the terrace is Georgous. Loved everything about it. Just be ready for a country drive down to the house. Typical mountain road,Sometimes unpaved.

Great Villa in Mijas with all the amenities that you need in Spain

We had a great time in the villa with our two teenager daughters and my in-laws. Check-in was great (thanks Karin) and the villa amenities were top - Air conditioning in every major rooms (5), chef kitchen and 3 patios to enjoy while cooking tapas on the nice propano bbq. The access to the villa is a bit rock and roll but at least you are the last house on the street. Scenic view on the sea and the Mijas mountains. Walking distance from the village (steep path to get back to the national road); the only downside is that the pool needs some tiles refresh. Other than that, it is a 10/10.

Splendide!!!

Cette maison est vraiment trĂšs belle, dĂ©corĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. La piscine et les extĂ©rieurs sont exceptionnels. La propriĂ©tĂ© Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et Ă  l’extĂ©rieur est trĂšs propre et trĂšs soignĂ©e. Les diffĂ©rentes vues sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Le chemin est sinueux mais le calme de la maison vous le fait vite oublier. Mijas est un village magnifique. Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine dans cette villa.

Tranquille

Havre de paix avec mobilier un peu vieillissant (transats, piscine) mais génial pour faire le plein de tranquillité et de soleil. Si le chant des cigales vous importune, passez votre chemin. La route d'accÚs peut effrayer mais on s'y fait. Proche de trÚs belles plages, c'est un atout. Merci à Karine pour son accueil et sa bienveillance. On recommande!

Superbe villa dans un environnement magnifique. Les vues sur la mer depuis les différentes terrasses sont trÚs belles. La Piscine est trÚs grande avec beaucoup de transats et d'espace. Attention toutefois, l'accÚs à la villa est assez raide avec une partie du chemin non goudronné, ça se fait en voiture mais il faut rouler doucement. Au niveau emplacement, c'est trÚs proche du magnifique village de Mijas (5min en voiture) avec beaucoup de restaurants commerces à proximités et à 15/20min de la mer. Je recommande.

Absolut perfekt. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, der Garten lĂ€dt zum TrĂ€umen ein und der Pool ist super Man wird bei Anreise oben an der Hauptstraße abgeholt und zum Haus gefĂŒhrt, was ein toller Service ist. Die Straße zum Haus ist fĂŒr eine geĂŒbten Autofahrer auch kein Problem und nach 2-3 x hoch und runtergehen hat man sich daran gewöhnt.Die Betten sind alle sehr bequem und die Badezimmer sind auch superWir sind glĂŒcklich und hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub

We had the most wonderful holiday! The villa is stunning and has everything you need. It was immaculately clean and the check in/check out process with Karin was really easy. Great communication all round. We stayed with two children (aged 7 and 9) and felt comfortable with the steps around the villa and down to the pool - though it might be harder with younger children. The only thing of note is the location at the bottom of the steep hill - it means the villa is really private and in a stunning setting, but getting into Mijas Pueblo would be challenging for some. We walked up twice on an evening and even at 7:30pm it was an extremely hot walk - though the kids managed it easier than we did! It is manageable if you’re fairly fit - and actually we could walk into the centre of Mijas Pueblo in around 30 minutes, even when taken slowly. But it wasn’t a particularly enjoyable first half of the walk in the heat. We eventually managed to work out how to get Mijas Taxis to pick us up with a little broken Spanish, and they were fab. We also got a taxi home every night (as I wouldn’t fancy walking down it in the dark with the kids). Half of the drivers were fine about the road, but half of them commented on it being a tricky drive and not on their usual access routes. However, I wouldn’t let it put you off booking, as the villa itself is perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate booking again - now we know how to navigate the taxis - and all four of us agreed it was the best we’d stayed in.

Nice finca with great pool area. We absolutely loved the different terraces all over the property. Some minor things should be fixed like the shower upstairs, the hood and some tiles in the pool. Other than that, we sincerely had a great time in the finca and would for sure recommend it to other guests.

Schöne Zeit mit kleinen AbzĂŒgen

Uns hat der Aufenthalt grundsĂ€tzlich gut gefallen, jedoch fanden wir die Anlage und das Haus sehr wenig gepflegt, was dazu fĂŒhrte, dass wir uns zwar wohl gefĂŒhlt haben, das Haus aber nicht uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen wĂŒrden.Im oberen Badezimmer fanden wir an der KlobĂŒrste noch Reste unseres Vormieters, und die Dusche in diesem Badezimmer war aufgrund einer defekten Halterung nicht nutzbar. So dass wir immer zu fĂŒnft auf das untere Badezimmer ausweichen mussten. Dieses Badezimmer war dafĂŒr aber wirklich toll. Die NĂ€he zum Ort Mias fanden wir außerdem super. Die Kinder haben den Pool genossen, auch wenn wir Erwachsene auch hier ein paar AbzĂŒge geben aufgrund der mangelnden Wartung und Pflege! Der Rand des Pools ist grĂŒn, und wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts haben sich unzĂ€hlige Fliesen gelöst, die wir dann vom Poolboden aufheben mussten. Wenn auch der Preis relativ gĂŒnstig fĂŒr so ein Ferienhaus mit dem großen Pool ist, sollten einige Investitionen getĂ€tigt werden. Zum Beispiel könnten kaputte BĂ€nke ausgetauscht, Schrauben nachgedreht oder Möbel ausgetauscht werden.Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der Finca. Der Checkin durch die HaushĂ€lterin hat super funktioniert. Das Haus ist genau richtig um abzuschalten, sehr viel Ruhe und Natur. Der Fußweg nach Mijas gleicht einem Fitnessprogramm, was bei dem guten Essen dort nicht schadet.

Incredible finca. Stunning views of the surrounding area. Well equipped property. Cleanliness great for such a large area. Hosts and housekeeper Karin were easy to communicate with and attentive to any queries. Location is situated down several steep hills which leads onto a gravel track so dependent on your fitness, do be mindful of hiring a robust car, taxi, etc. Swimming pool was lovely and the whole garden surrounding the villa was pure heaven!

Beautiful Isolated Holiday Villa

This is a stunning large villa which is extremely private. It is very well equipped with everything provided, from air conditioning through to numerous glasses and plates, pots, pans, towels etc etc. Everything was very clean and small things thought of, such as providing gin and tonic for our enjoyment! The pool area is amazing, and also beautiful. The pool is large, the sun loungers are comfortable, there are lots of shaded areas as well as a parasol. The communication with the owner and then with Karin, the house keeper, was second to none. Karin was very very helpful and replied to queries quickly throughout the week. The only reason we didn’t give this 5 stars is that there are several extremely steep hills which the house is located at the bottom of. They are not all tarmaced and are narrow and windy. It is only half a km up to the main road, and we’re a fit family, but in 30+ degree sunshine, it was not enjoyable to climb! Plus the local taxi firm didn’t find the house until we emailed them a google maps image of where it is (we didn’t hire a car). Overall, we had a fabulous week stay. We’ve stayed in Mijas Pueblo before and love the place, we’d recommend a visit to anyone.

lovely property for a chill out holiday

lovely property, perfect for a relaxing holiday. lots of steps to get around but well worth the effort! everything was clean and tidy and the pool was brilliant (just needs a bit of tlc). if you hire a car, make sure you get one that has a bit of welly to get up and down the steep track. the listing states it has an oven in the kitchen - it doesn’t have one but has a combination microwave - if it does have an oven we couldn’t find it! would definitely come again.

Finca in an adventurous and beautiful setting

We had a very nice stay in a well functioning house, with two small dogs the steep garden and many stairs were a challenge, but we knew already when booking. The pool area and the lounge area outside the upper entrance were beautiful. From the outset cleaning was somewhat lacking, seemed as if the house had been empty for a while since last cleaning, and smelly pillows well over due date, got new ones during our stay. Challenging access road, but well managed with a decent car, and a healthy walk, 20-30 minutes to Mijas Pueblo. All in all, we were happy staying in the house and consider renting it again in the summer.

Prima compleet huis, alles er op en er aan. Prachtige locatie. Rustig en veel privacy. Aanrader. Wandelen naar het dorp is wel een uitdaging, weg loopt steil omhoog :-), maar wel te doen .
