This cosy holiday apartment in Mijas Costa is located in a quiet and well-maintained urbanisation, just a 10-minute walk from Riviera beach and close to a wide range of restaurants, shops and leisure activities. Perfect for couples or groups of up to four people who want to explore the beautiful Costa del Sol. The duplex is distributed over two floors: on the ground floor, a living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and access to a terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dinners. On the upper floor, two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and private terraces, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.



The apartment offers views of the garden and a modern and relaxing atmosphere next to a tennis club, although the use of its sports facilities is not included. The location is strategic, with quick access to the A-7 motorway, facilitating excursions to Málaga, Marbella, Estepona or Tarifa.
