I always enjoy my stays at Grand Casino Mille Lacs. The staff throughout the entire property are always very friendly and welcoming. My rooms have always been clean. I don't sleep much, but that's a me problem. It's nice to have a comfy bed to catch a few z's after a fun night gambling. My only complaint would be the temperature of the hot tub. I always wish it would be hotter. It's nice, but not hot enough to really relax the muscles.

I did like the fact that it was pretty much smoke free in the casino except when you got towards the one room that they allowed smoking it was disgusting smelling. The beds were my issue both beds slanted towards the nightstands in the center, which makes sense cause that’s where people would sleep Because of this. They should’ve used their heads and rotated the mattress so what happens when guests come in now they’re gonna roll towards the end of the mattress like they’re almost about ready to fall off so the stay was very uncomfortable.
