A separate large dining room also features a dining table and its own exit to the balcony. The first bedroom on this floor is a double room equipped with a television, radio, CD player, and hi-fi system, with access to the balcony. A second room on this level contains 1 bed and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully appointed and also opens onto the balcony. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the facilities on this floor.
