Very nice, clean and comfortable room. The shuttle service from and to Malpensa Airport was a huge plus. It made for a nice "unstressful" car rental return. We could return the car the night before and have the shuttle drive us to the hotel and then back to the a/p the morning of departure. Very punctual service. We enjoyed the breakfast and found the entire staff to be very friendly and helpful.

The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was very helpful. However the negative things were 1: the room’s a/c didn’t wort or was working very well - the room never cooled down . 2: the on site restaurant was expensive with small amounts of food that wasn’t good.

This is just a wonderful property in so many ways! Gorgeous property, grounds and pool, so well maintained. Incredible breakfast buffet, one of the best I’ve experienced. Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to airport was quick and well-organized. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

A Top Notch Hotel

We stayed the night before heading home from Milan. The hotel is beautiful, our room was 5Star with a balcony was a spectacular view! From the checkin to the checkout, the service was excellent. I wish the hotel was more centrally located. We would stay much longer!

Our disappointing stay but clean nonetheless

Bed was very hard. Very little staff to greet, meet you or help you with luggage. Great hotel that is in need of a serious update. Breakfast was like a continental Hampton inn type of breakfast, and not as grand as it portrays to be initially.
