Great location if you need to be close to the airport. A great bonus, that breakfast was served starting 5am. Was great to have breakfast before my early morning flight. Airport shuttle is very convenient, and was only €5

Stopped here for two nights in between our stay going to Sicily. The hotel is OK. The service is excellent, the restaurant has excellent options. The beds aren’t that comfortable and the room was hot but overall I would stay again as it’s close to the airport.

It was fine. Excellent restaurant nearby!

Front desk gave excellent service. The exterior of the hotel almost looked post Soviet block. Older neighborhood but was safe. Room was dated but clean. Funny point. There was a restaurant not 50 m down the street. That was the best place we’ve eaten at since we have been in Italy! Restaurant is Samarcanda👌😘

Could not connect with the hotel van from the airport to the hotel. Made several phone attempts and no answer. Had to take a costly taxi for a five minute drive. Hotel stated that the number we were calling was to the driver but those were the directions stated on the their site. Staff at the hotel were pleasant.

Reasonably priced and near airport. Handy airport shuttle (look on website for number to phone / where to find as confusing at airport). Only 1 pillow in hotel, unhelpful receptionist when asked for another. Asked me to come down to reception & hung up while I was speaking to tell me I couldn’t get one as the cleaning staff had gone home.

The hotel was fine for what we needed it for. Staff was nice. I wasn’t aware that we needed to make parking arrangements. They had parking on the side that was full but there was street parking which was fine as well. It was a little dated. But other then that with was okay and plus is that it’s next to the airport. We were able to organize our luggage situation while the kids slept and we at the airport in less than 10 mins.

The Hotel has a shuttle bus to go to Malpensa airport every half an hour. It is very convenient when you have to go to the airport very early in the morning. The room is big with two queen beds. It is quite far from the Milan center.

Although check in took a long time, the staff were very helpful and the location was great for the airport as long as you are happy to pay the extra EUR5 per person for the transfer bus which was very regular and on time. There is also a brilliant restaurant a few 100m from the hotel, but needs to be booked in advance, but the food is outstanding and very reasonable.

Ok hotel for a one-night stay before a flight. Has a restaurant on property, which is convenient. Rooms are clean, if simple, but ours was too hot (in February) and the a/c unit would only put out heat no matter what temp was set. We turned it off entirely in the end and eventually the room cooled to something resembling acceptable. The area around the hotel is basically an abandoned lot, but there is free parking available, which is a plus if you have a car rental, as we did.

Accommodation was very uncomfortable for us due to the high temperature in the room. Unable to adjust it from the the remote control. We had to keep open the window to cool it down.
