> IMPORTANT > The loft is equipped with cooling system for the summer and underfloor heating for the winter.

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by the system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (105 €) has to be paid by guests.
Upon arrival you will find :

✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags
>Once the initial supply has been finished, guests will have to provide independently
TOURIST TAX > required by the city of Milan , to pay cash at the arrival - It corresponds to € 6.30 per person per night - the first 14 nights (MINORS, RESIDENTS AND HOSPITAL PATIENTS EXEMPT)
