Terrible rental management and customer service

We arrived for a 3 night stay and enjoyed the location, walkable to nearby restaurants and sights. However, the last night, there was an issue with the toilet, (water continuously pouring into the bowl), the management company sent someone over to take a look and he could not fix the problem. A plumber never arrived to turn the water off and from that point on communications stopped. We were left at midnight with a running toilet, sewer ejector pump and the terrible smell that comes with it. It was a disaster!! They still have not reached out to remedy tour stay. It ruined our trip and we do not recommend this property or the horrible customer service.
