Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cooking essentials, and a coffee pot to start your mornings right. 2 convenient parking spaces. Outdoor entertaining/fire pit and decorative lights. Some rooms are being remodeled/updated pictures asap/amenities of each room won't change. Join us at this comfy home and enjoy the Biltmore House and Grove Park just 30 min. away and the WNC Ag center is 10 min away!

It was fine. Make sure to check all of the extra fees that dont show up until right before booking. Sleeps 6 but every person after two adults adds 50 dollars. Also, the owner requires you to purchase a damage insurance policy. It is a duplex as well.

Hostess was very accomodating and location was very convenient to highway and Interstate. 30 mins to Asheville. House was genreally clean. Amenities could be improved for future guests such as wine tool-wine glasses as well as mirrors in the bedrooms since is it a 1 bathroom house.etc. There were some holes in the walls and doors that I assume the hostess is working on repair. This is a duplex so there is a shared carport between the 2 homes . Privacy could be improved such as blinds in kitchen and general clean up around the area. Overall , the house was fine for a 2 day stay .

Needed more seating in the living area and atleast a television in the master bedroom. It was very clean except some of the linens were kind of dirty and the spare linens in the closets were dusty. This is just some healthy critisism to benefit future guests because unfortunately i probably would not book another stay but i do thank you for your hospitality.

This property is very child friendly with cabinet locks and toilet locks, very pet friendly with lots of deer running through yard. Fire pit is nice with supplied firewood. Very close to water falls and sight seeing of mountains. Very nice.
