The hotel is always clean, welcoming, and convenient -- especially having the round trip airport shuttle. For all the above reasons, I consider the Hotel Verde one of the best value layover hotels in Cape Town. I will be returning, often!"

"The place next door to the Holiday Inn Express in Cape Town has a broken window at the front of the property that makes the area look less than pleasant. Apparently, it has been there are many months & has never been repaired, something that gives the area a bit of a downtrodden look."
