One of the housekeeper was not too clean , but i do not want to name her cause i do not want her to lose her job. We asked for our room to be cleaned a second time n she didn't change the sheets at all just fixed the bed like it was done. No vacuming or nothing.

I booked a room through Expedia a week ago but when I arrived, there were no rooms available. I was told it was overbooked. However, other people came in after us and were assigned rooms. When I asked, I was told that they were “pre-assigned “ rooms. So, we waited in the lobby for over an hour for an employee to come in & clean a room for us at 9:30 pm. I won’t use Expedia again-it’s not worth the “savings”. Time is money & we lost money tonight.

While this was a pretty clean room, things were just a bit run down. We stayed when the weather was in the 80's, and though the air conditioner kept things fairly cool, the whole room felt... wet? The air conditioner also sounded like a freight train. But the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was pretty comfortable.
