Beds were very squishy and could hear the springs anytime you moved or turned over. Could hear other people in their rooms so not the most quiet but thankfully it was ok in the middle of the night. Staff were so sweet and helpful and gave great recommendations! Parking was easy and the map the staff gave was helpful.

Arrived early. Told to wait. Fine. Waited till prescribed time. Went to check in. Told will be charged early check in fee. Only after they took my id and credit card did they see I’m a veteran and a Expedia gold member and all of a sudden they start being nice. moving on to the exterior, if you’re not from the city and you are thinking of bringing your pet here… don’t. There is no where for them to do their business. Next. Exterior. The hotel was surrounded with drug users sprawled on the ground and openly smoking. For this being owned by the Hilton I expected better. Much better. Will not be returning.
