Such a weird experience

I felt like I had to conceive the front desk person to be nice to me. It was really weird…I had called the day before to ask about early check in and a woman answered and was super helpful and told me to call back the next day, which was the day we were checking in. I called the next day and spoke to someone who before I could even get the question out said I could check in at noon and then hung up on me. SUPER WEIRD. When we got there I said I was there to check in, and I’m assuming it was the same person I talked to on the phone literally 45 minutes before that and he said, “check in isn’t until 3.” Then I said that I had called and he checked me in. I spent the next 3 minutes trying figure out why this person hated me. But, there was a super nice woman in a collard shirt that seemed to enjoy being there and greeting guests. After being out of the room all day, we got back and I noticed there was no shower curtain. I called to the front and a very nice woman brought me a shower curtain… but it definitely was super weird that there wasn’t one. All and all, it was just weird. The check in guy kinda killed it for me, I’m not going to lie. He hates his job for real.

I usually stay at the Embassy when downtown Minn but also like to try others in the area. The Hampton is so well priced its hard to beat. Staff were very nice and check in/ out was a breeze. Breakfast was decent and coffee tastes great. Room was spacious and clean. The parking in the provided lot was close and only $12. Amazing. Will definitely come back.

The area had a small town feel, friendly people when went out to eat. But you still have you down town troubles late night, keep your head on a swivel. Still a great city and top city ive been to with being bicycle friendly

The location was perfect for my trip. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was well kept for cleanliness. But they are a bit skimpy on the quality of towels, and the only cup I could find in my room was one that was meant for coffee.

Great Service

We loved being connected to the stadium to watch the Twins game! And the access to other areas as well. It was hot, but our room remained cool throughout our stay. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, and helped to save us $$ on parking, and early check-in fees. Great experience with Hampton Inn!

Good but could be better

Location was excellant, friendly and helpful staff, room requests were met. Only negatives were parking price when there is an event on (pretty much every night) and breakfast which was more like a chain motel than a downtown high end hotel (surely they can do better than waffle machines and polystyrene/plastic plates, silverware etc.).

Perfect Hotel near Target Field

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Our room was beautiful and very spacious and super clean. Front desk was very informative and very friendly. The Skywalk was just perfect for us to walk to the baseball game. Our stay was perfect in every way. Thank you!
