Room was very outdated, dirty and worn. The Top of the night stand was completely loose, the phone in the room did not work, outlets did not work and the hair dryer was not working. When we asked for a new hair dryer we never got one and when we went onto the front desk to check out the Employee at the desk told us that he had called us several times but we didn't answer which was untrue because the phone wasn't working. Overall a terrible experience and we will never go there again nor recommend anyone go there.

The pool was sooooo loud and therefore our pool view room was almost unbearable until the pool closed at 10pm. The pool also then doesn't open until 10am so you can't get in a morning swim either.

In regard to the room, the knob on the faucet was broken and barely any water came out and no matter what the water was cold. The outlet behind where the fridge and microwave were didn't work so had to move their power strip to a different one. The pool area wasn't opened/closed at a consistent time so being poolside was extremely loud til almost 11pm Friday night. The pool toys timer didn't work so nothing in the kids area had water going. No one was filtering the or cleaning the pool so there was gross stuff floating in the hot tub. The pictures were very misleading for "how nice" the hotel supposedly was.

Softer pillows please!

All pillows were harder and not comfortable, did not sleep well, need softer options. Breakfast was good but needs an attendant on duty more frequently. Milk was out, there were children who couldn’t get a glass of milk with their waffles. Room was very nice, modern and clean. I’d stay there again if the pillow issue was solved!
