"Our stay at the Sheraton was beyond exceptional! The staff were attentive, courteous, and welcoming. Our room view overlooked toward Universal Studios which was amazing! The dining are offered great food! The staff in the dining area were beyond exceptional as well! We will definitely come back again! "

"This is the hotel we will now stay every time we come to Universal. It’s very clean. So quiet. Easy to park and free. 5 mins drive to Universal. My husband and I love the fact that it is also easy to get to restaurants just across the street, great options! Great staff at front desk. Cleaning lady not so much but great cleaning job.This is for sure our favorite place to stay at. Breakfast is just right, not my favorite but better than nothing."
