You’ll fall in love with nature over and over again as you contemplate the one-of-a kind beach inspired artwork, sea spray toned walls and the lush foliage surrounding this South Walton vacation rental. Plus, the gorgeous linens and carpets that cover this spacious villa will make all the time spent indoors completely enjoyable.

Whether you are lounging in the screened-in, wraparound balcony overlooking the pool, mixing cocktails in the chef-ready kitchen that has been renovated with new countertops, backsplash and new appliances or reading a good book in the comfortable living room - the open floor plan allows everyone to have room to relax while still being together. Celebrated extras like dining for 14, a Master Suite with a newly renovated Master Bath, and a charming loft bedroom/family room set a new standard for beach vacation rentals.

This sunlit and airy Hidden Dunes getaway also enjoys a wonderful location. Stay close by the Villa and swim in the pool, sunbathe at the beach, play on the professional Rubico tennis courts or work on your three pointers on the basketball court. Then again it’s a great place to purposely ‘get lost’ in the nature trails or in one of the hundreds of designer names across the street at Silver Sands Factory Stores.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

3 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Amazing place

This place was amazing... beds are very soft and comfortable. We had everything we needed. All though the cleanliness could have been better, it was still so much better than a hotel. We had 11 people in our condo and we all were very happy and content. It was beautifully decorated with the beach theme and had access to all the amenities. We will be coming back. The pictures are just as advertised.... very very happy!

Amazing Villa! Spacious and beautifully decorated. The beach was fantastic! The water was clear and the sandbar stretched out fairly far, the kids enjoyed it so much! Will definitely be back

November 2019 Stay

We rented Hidden Dunes Villa 23 after enjoying other properties in Hidden Dunes the past 6 years. Our experience at Villa 23 was very disappointing. The unit was very dirty, the bedding was filthy, and the decor and appliances were outdated. We cleaned the unit ourselves for several hours, and property management sent cleaning crews twice. There were layers of dust all over everything and on the floor. In July 2016 a review was given for Villa 23 because the owner’s parents intruded on the renters’ privacy while in the unit. The same thing happened to us 3 1/2 years later, so nothing has changed about that. The owner’s father insisted on coming in while my 90-year-old grandmother was alone and went into the back bedroom and bathroom where all our belongings were. It was an invasion of privacy and the management was not concerned about it when we brought it to their attention. We will not be renting Villa 23 ever again, and after this experience we will seek other companies to rent through in Destin.
