There was no amenities in the room so it was nice to be so close to downtown so you can access everything.

The prior ratings were obviously faked. Horrible.
No heat. Took 2 hours to get someon to look into the no heat. End d up with a portable electric heater. Keys didn’t work the first time. Tried to charge me 10 more than wha I signed up for. I showed him on my phone the charges but he still charged me $2 more some fee.? The toilet continuous Lay ran ever flush. We had to reach in the tank to place the plunger. 3 out of 4 pillow cases were inside out. One light fixture over the bed was dangerously broken, No garbage can. Empty Kleenex container. Disgusting dirty moody smell. And filthy carpets. It should not have the ratings that were posted. I stay in hotels 30-40 nights a year. This was the second worst . I would give it a 1.5 rating. The bed was comfortable.Parking spot was at to narrow on both sides without damaging doors to hit in and out.

Inexcusable mistake
The motel had NO reservation for me, EVEN though I had a confirmation # from you! This was a horrible, inexcusable mistake on someone’s part!! The town was booked up because of a college football game. I WANT A REASON for this mistake! And compensated.
