Bad experience at check in with rude and unhelpful staff member, who ended up placing 2 holds on my credit card for the full amount of the room. She also ended up being the same, unhelpful and rude person that processed my checkout. More customer service is needed. Also, bed was disgusting and I had to change rooms.

There was dust on some furniture in guest room. It wasn't in many places was just obvious to the sight. Not a deal breaker. We weren't there long enough to be too critical. The room served our purposes well. The staff were all excellent.

We requested the quietest patt of the hotel. Very peaceful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Great hotel but no breakfast

The hotel is very nice. Staff was great. The room was clean and nice. Took a bit to get the A/C to work but it did. Pool and spa are great. Just no continental breakfast. The hotel industry has gotten the public used to having breakfast.
