"Wow!!! The property description was exactly as stated. Unit was exceptionally clean…no sand on our feet upon arrival. Loved that this was located in a small complex…we basically had the pool to ourselves. Two beach access points directly across the street. Boca beaches are beautiful & quiet. The unit had all we needed with a very well equipped kitchen & beach needs. The screened balcony made the experience awesome…we ate all meals out here. Host was super responsive with any questions prior to, & during, our stay. Hope to visit again!"

"We’ve stayed the past two years and although it’s a beautiful property with attentive (most….not all) staff, there’s always problems related to dinner reservations missing (and arguing with me about it, despite having a text or email receipt from several months prior), overcharging (again, despite having a text/email receipt) and an incident in 2025 I should have filed a police report and made a trip to a medical facility on but we had travelled there for our 20th anniversary, it was the day of our anniversary, and we had a pricey cabana reserved and it would have ruined the entire trip even further. No apologies or follow up with us for overcharging, trying to give our reservations away, or the 2025 incident. Sadly moving on"

"It was a good place to stay, and everything was within walking distance. The place was clean and well-maintained, though it's not a 5-star hotel, and I don't think it claims to be."

"The balcony was the perfect place to watch boat traffic and water activities. We had to ride the bikes, which were a great amenity, if we wanted to go to the local Publix grocery store or a restaurant off property. It’s not really within walking distance of shops, restaurants, or anything really. We often had to Uber."

"Reminds me of my childhood seeing motor lodges along US1 in South Florida. This an old property that is well maintained and clean. The pool was right outside our door and it was great to cool off in pool and walk right into our room. The location is about 1.4 miles to downtown Boca which allowed us to walk to entertainment (Funky Bisquit) and awesome dinning options."
